Il d\u00e9signe \u00e9galement les moyens d\u2019actions mis en place pour promouvoir cette offre.<\/p>\n<h3>Evolution r\u00e9cente du marketing<\/h3>\n<p>Le marketing depuis 2004 : il est \u00e0 la fois participatif et social (en interaction avec les consommateurs via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux). Il impacte toute l&rsquo;organisation de l&rsquo;entreprise, laquelle est toute enti\u00e8re tourn\u00e9e vers la satisfaction du client et non plus vers le produit.
